Proceeds support mental health initiatives through the James Petrie Fund at the Ballarat Foundation, and in 2025, we’re proud to also partner with Hand in Hand Ballarat to help deliver the powerful Open Parachute program in local schools. Together, we’re creating a healthier, more resilient future for young people in our region.

To secure your Sponsorship Package simply click the ‘Become A Sponsor’ button above to complete the Sponsorship Engagement Form. Once submitted, our team will be in contact to confirm your details and provide a tax deductible invoice which will include payment details for you to process your pledged sponsorship amount.
Sponsorship funds will be used to produce the event, with surplus funds directed in equal proportion to our fundraising partners; the James Petrie Fund at the Ballarat Foundation and Hand In Hand Ballarat
Please note that Sponsorship Packages purchased after August 31st, 2025 may not include company logos displayed on certain assets.
*To ensure the maximum possible funds go directly to our fundraising partners, we have made the decision not to place a new t-shirt order for the 2025 event. We still have a substantial surplus of t-shirts (in all sizes) from the 2023–2024 events, which will be used this year. As a result, t-shirt logo placement will not be included in the 2025 sponsorship packages.
Tickets for the 2025 event without a t-shirt inclusion will be made available at a reduced price.
Should you not be in a position to donate financially, donations of goods/services are also greatly appreciated. We have included a list of particulars needed below:
