This is the first year of our fundraising event, therefore funding is limited. We are heavily relying upon the generosity and support of the Ballarat Business Community to make this event not only a fitting memorial for James, but to help raise vital funds to support projects which respond to mental health issues in the Ballarat region and support youth engagement.

Sponsorship Packages

To secure your Sponsorship Package simply click the button above and complete the Sponsorship Engagement Form. Once submitted, our team will be in contact to confirm your details and process the appropriate payment. Once payment is completed we will then issue you with a tax deductible receipt.

*Sponsorship funds will be used to produce the event, with surplus funds issued to the James Petrie Fund at the Ballarat Foundation and used to support projects which respond to mental health issues in the Ballarat region and support youth engagement.

**Please note that Sponsorship Packages purchased after September 30th, 2023 may not include company logos displayed on certain assets.

Should you not be in a position to donate financially, donations of goods/services are also greatly appreciated. We have included a list of particulars needed below:

    • Food and beverage – Fruit, healthy snacks, energy/hydration drinks, bottled water
    • Marquee Hire (6m x 3m)
    • Outdoor Chair & Table Hire (x 50/10)
    • Trestle Table Hire (x 4)
    • Stage Hire (approx 2.4m x 1.2m)
